LED light strip White Eta 90, 4.8W/m, 10mm wide 24V - high efficiency
Excellent light quality: Our LED light strip White Eta 90 is particularly economical in power consumption and convinces with its very good efficiency all along the line. With 90 highly selected LEDs per meter and the natural white tone you conjure up harmony and a friendly atmosphere to feel good in every room.
For moderately high lighting requirements: Eta 90 has a slightly lower luminosity than Eta 180 and is very suitable for implementing direct or indirect lighting with moderately high lighting requirements. Especially the illumination of suspended ceilings (light coves/LED shadow gaps) can be realized wonderfully. These give the room size and convey the feeling of a floating ceiling.

Perfect for direct and indirect room lighting
Efficiency meets versatility - our sustainable bestseller for cove and shadow gap lighting is available in various shades of white and IP protection classes . Whether in suspended ceilings (cove ceilings, shadow gaps), recessed in walls or in design lamps - this series opens up almost unlimited possibilities in lighting planning and design.
Ideal for drywall profiles: The White Eta series fits like a glove into our VT, VTL or VTL Twin profiles for installing cove lighting. Likewise in our SF profiles (shadow gap lighting = lighting of the wall from the ceiling). This way you can easily illuminate your ceilings and walls according to your needs. Positive side effect: the aluminum conducts the heat ideally, so you can also realize longer distances.
Use in profile strongly recommended!
Aluminum and zinc sheet profiles optimally dissipate the waste heat generated. This is especially important for longer distances to avoid premature failure of the LED.

Product information at a glance
Our LED light strips are very adaptable and easy to install. Nevertheless, you should pay attention to some points. In this overview we list the most important aspects. Just click on the plus sign. The technical data can be found in the specification above. If you need more information, we will be happy to help you. Here you can make an appointment or ask a question in the helpdesk .
The LED light strip is PWM dimmable, so you can dim it with a suitable ballast, such as our controller, at any time flicker-free (1000 Hz) to your desired brightness.
For operation a 24V DC power supply is required. Please calculate at least 20% safety reserve. Calculate the power of the light strip over the whole length and divide the result by 0.8. round up to the next available power level. You can find a suitable power supply in our online store.
-
On/Off: you only need a 24V LED power supply for the power supply.
Dimming: you need a 24V LED power supply, a LED controller and a smart home control panel or a remote control for white LEDs.
For sufficient heat dissipation and long service life, we generally recommend mounting in a profile.
Please never stick this LED light strip directly onto insulating substrates (e.g. wooden structures, insulation boards, sheetrock, polystyrene, etc.), but only onto heat-dissipating substrates, e.g. aluminum, zinc sheet, etc.
Sufficient heat dissipation is essential for LEDs, especially over long distances. Excessive heat generation can significantly shorten the intended service life of the LED.
Due to the unavoidable voltage loss in the conductors, the light output is reduced as the length of the light band increases. The reduction is proportional to the voltage loss.
If the voltage at the end is reduced by 10%, for example, the luminous flux of the last LED segment is also reduced by this same 10%.
The maximum length as specified in the specification (tab above) should therefore not be exceeded. If a second connection cable is mounted and connected to the power supply/controller, the maximum length can be twice as long as specified.
If the LED light strip is dimmed, electromagnetic emissions are generated. The unshielded connection cable should therefore be laid over a maximum length of 70cm. For longer cable runs and for fixed installation in the ceiling, shielded cables are recommended. We offer appropriate cables and clamps .
The narrow and very flat design offers maximum flexibility for use in a wide range of projects.
The self-adhesive back is provided with a very good adhesive 3M brand adhesive tape, so that the light bands can be glued on almost all degreased surfaces. These must not have any heat-insulating properties!
The LED light strip can be laid (please do not bend!) also around corners. Gluing in round shapes, angles or waves (minimum radius about 2.5cm) is also possible.
Attention: Once LED light strips have been glued on, they cannot be removed without causing damage! If it is nevertheless unavoidable, use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive. The maximum temperature should not exceed 60° C.
The LED light strip can be shortened every 100mm with sharp household scissors at an appropriate mark. Based on our many years of experience, we always recommend soldering to extend sustainably.
Optionally, you can conveniently extend the light band with our connectors .
Inner width: The LED light strip is 10 mm narrow, see specification. The inner width of the profile should therefore be at least 10 mm.
Interior depth: Dot formation on the opaque cover is avoided from a profile depth of at least 12 mm and uniform illumination is possible.
Please note that as the transmission rate of the cover increases, the light intensity decreases because the light is increasingly absorbed.
White Eta comparison
In this overview, you will find the most important distinguishing features at a glance. Depending on how you plan your lighting and whether you already use separate light sources for direct illumination, the light requirement can vary. The higher your lighting requirements, the higher the luminous flux you should select. We specify the luminous flux in ranges, as this varies depending on the whiteness and Ra value .
